I enjoyed being here, and the staff were helpful and friendly, and even though I paid for my coffee via the app they still gave me two stars for bringing my own cup. There seemed to be a lot of space so the covid rules worked, and the atmosphere and the coffee was good. I sat over the road near the church to drink it, and I liked the Christmas cup that the coffee was in.

I went today in the shop for my coconut chai latte with my daughter and my ‘birthday treat ‘before closing. I don’t like to come before shop is ready to close but I was so busy. I was served by Stefania, there was 2 Ladies one dark hair and one blond both hard-working Ladies and very kind. I admit they’re so professional because working in Enfield you must be patience because rude and messy customers are non stop. The Lady with dark hair asked if my child wants to use the bathroom before she cleans. So kind of her! I honestly appreciate their hard work. In all shops in Enfield except Caffe Nero they want the money and want you to get out. Well done Girls. Not anyone can make a good quality drink thank you.
Extremely warm welcome! Major respect to the girl with pink hair, having to deal with a completely irrational and rude customer, who refused to wear a mask during this difficult period. We all want to stay safe, and that goes doubly for those who serve us and are exposed to more risk than those people just 'popping in for a quick cuppa'. Despite running a take away only service, the staff were lovely and accommodating, thoroughly recommended to anyone visiting the town centre.

Always go here for a morning coffee before work and I must say, the staff is on point! Shout out to the blonde beauty this morning working alone and doing an amazing job! She's quick, efficient, incredibly friendly and polite and just seems like a beautiful soul. Love this site :) x
Cafe Nero is my second home I go there every single day I have been a costumer for a very long time (I did make formal complainants many years ago but I give credit as well when it’s due .new manager made a big difference) Nice food brilliant staff always smiling welcoming and impeccable service vey professional and I would like to thank everybody and especially Annita for providing excellent service nice and warm-atmosphere It warms my heart to see professionals and nice people still do exist
